Mike Goodwin earned his Master of Arts in Practical
Ministries degree from Cincinnati Christian University and practices Pastoral
Counseling. Mike applies Biblical principles in his approach to counseling and
is most concerned with restoring people to wholeness in the Lord.
With more than 34 years of experience in working with a
variety of troubled youth, Mike offers families the opportunity to face both the
challenges of parenting and the rigors of growing up. Testing and assessment
services are available through ICPS as needed to best determine the most
effective means of helping children, adolescents and their parents develop
strategies for success. In an effort to encourage successful marriages,
Mike also offers pre-marital as well as marital counseling.
Mike has preached in or served several congregations across
Central Indiana, and currently serves as the Pastor of Spearsville Church of
Christ in scenic Brown County. He has been married to his young bride for over
36 years. Their union has been blessed with four children and eight
grandchildren.
